Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM, and I'm going to teach you how to determine a good workout for women. A good workout for women combines cardio and strength training. So, that way, you're doing an all in one type workout. So, the one that I put together is, starts off with the burpee. So, you're going to go ahead and start with your feet straight ahead in parallel and then you're going to drop down, drop your legs out into a plank; jump them back in and then stand up. So, down, out, in and up. Down, out, in and up. Down, out, in and up. And then, you're going to go straight into a squat with a jump. So, I'm going to start with my arms up, raised up nice and tall. My feet are about a little bit wider than shoulder width apart, you're going to bend down then you're going to jump up. Nice light landing, tighten up the legs every time you jump. Good. And then, we're going to do some jumping jacks; basic jumping jacks. Make sure you're really reaching your arms up nice and tall, nice light landing on the feet. And then we're going to go back into those burpees, but add a core jack. So, you're going to down, out, jump your legs out, in and stand up. Down, out, out, out, stand up. So, you want to do about four sets of ten of each exercise and that will definitely give you a good workout. Remember, you want to add cardio plus body weight exercises to determine a good workout for women. My name is Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM.
