Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez with LIVESTRONG.COM, and I'm going to teach you a few exercises to tone up your arms while pregnant. So, I'm going to pick up my three's and the first one I'm going to do is a bicep curl. I'm going to roll my shoulders back making sure my shoulder blades are squeezed together; I'm going to lift all the way up to the top, squeeze my biceps and bring my arms all the way back down. So, you're going to do about seven. On the seventh one, you're going to stop halfway and you're going to go all the way up halfway down. Squeezing your core, squeezing your shoulder blades together and even though we're using three 's you'll definitely feel this in your arms. And then on the seventh one, lower it all the way down and you're going to go halfway up all the way down; squeezing at the top of the lift. Take a rest. And then, you're going to bring your arms all the way up, palms facing each other and you're just going to alternate triceps. So, lifting up, back and up, keeping your body nice and tight, keeping your core engaged, your spine in a neutral position; really firming up those triceps. Good. Fly your arms down and then you're just going to do some shoulder lifts here, alternation back and forth, keeping that core tight. And then, you'll go ahead and do them together for one last set; feeling the burn in your shoulders, really sculpting those arms. Try not to swing. Good. And those are some exercises that you can do to tone your arms while pregnant. I'm Amber Nimedez for LIVESTRONG.COM.
