Hi, I'm Denise Druce for LIVESTRONG.com. Let's take a look at some fitness tips for lazy people. I'll get you moving with these. So here are some exercises you can do in a chair. Maybe you are not lazy maybe you just don't have a lot of time. Or you are at your office and you just need to do some quick exercises. So here are three things you can do in a chair. So lets begin by working the abdominals. You can bring your fingertips to the back of your head and just do some seated crunches. Just rounding your back pulling your ribs down. Pulling your abdominals in. And you'll feel those working almost as if you were laying on your back doing more traditional crunches. Another great exercise from your chair is a triceps dip. So go ahead and take your hands to the edge of a firm seated chair. Elbows in close together and then just begin to dip your body down. And you can do these small at first. And if that feels ok you can do a little bit deeper. You want to keep your shoulders down away from your ears. And to make that more challenging you can try it with straighter legs. And then the third exercise you can do from a chair is just extending your leg straight out. Tightening up the quadriceps and hold that and hold it for three or four, five counts and then switch. So with those three exercises you've worked your abs, your arms and your legs. Those are some fitness tips for lazy people. I'm Denise Druce for LIVESTRONG.com.
