But I like to talk to you about sculpting your chest at home. You can go over to your stairwell. Do pushups off of your stairwell. Or you can turn around and do reverse pushups where you put your feet on the first, second, or third step. And then you are going to do incline pushups or decline pushups. Alright if you are really creative you can go to your pantry and get a can of beans. Or two cans of beans, or pork and beans, whatever you want. Come out your living room. Lay on your ottoman and do flies. Our hands out here. And you bring in the squeeze. Then you can also bend at your elbows and do presses, bring them together at the top. So these are just creative things you can do at your house. If you are at a gym you can go over to the dumbbell area. Grab a couple of dumbbells. Lay on your back and do flies there. You get a 20 pounder, 15, whatever is comfortable for you. You are going to take it up put your hands out here again. You just bring them straight up. Now remember this is laying on your back. You are going to squeeze. You also bend at your elbows come down and you press them up together. Same thing. So and this is another way you can sculpt your chest when you are at the gym. And these are today's tips on how to sculpt your chest. My name is Dana Sanders with LIVESTRONG.com. And remember happiness is a choice so choose to be happy and live strong.
