Hey, I'm Jay McLeod, the professional women's fitness trainer. Ladies today we are going to talk to you about how to minimize body fat. All the stubborn fat around your stomach, your arms, your thighs. How to minimize body fat. First off it all starts with a high protein, lots of veggies diet, low in unsaturated fats. You want to exercise about 30 minutes to an hour, four to five days per week. Whether it's a tap class. Whether it's jazzercise. Whether you come in the gym you run on the treadmill. You need 30 minutes to an hour, four to five days a week of cardio. Also you want to weight train. You need resistance training whether you do it in a circuit fashion. Which is one exercise after another, after another without rest. Just you are going to maintain your heart rate levels ok. You are going to burn more calories doing circuit training then you would traditional weight training. Remember the more lean muscle mass you have on your body, the more your body is going to burn calories at rest. Now every time you step in a gym I don't care if it's your big toe, your pinkie toe. Every time you step in a gym I want you to ask yourself how bad do you want it.
