My name is AJ Tucker. I'm going to show you the bicep curl with a squat. There's three different styles. I can go down and come up at the top with the squat and curl, I can go down as I'm doing the curl or I can hold the squat in a static position and do the bicep curl. The first variation, I'm going to start my dumbbells right by my waist; I'm going to put them in front of my hips, going down as I push my hips back, extend the arms, as I come up, bicep curl. So, I go all the way down, once I extend my legs, that's when I begin my bicep curl. And the second variation, I start my hands outside of my hips, as I go down, I go into a bicep curl, "Phew", when I come up, I keep the weight right in front of my hips. Whew! The third variation, I go down into a static squat position; hold that position as I do the bicep curl. These three exercises are great for circuit training. It adds intensity and cardio effect to your train and styling program.
