Six steps to a healthy lifestyle, some very simple things that you could do to improve your health. First of all, motion, find the correct amount of motion and use that to your benefit. Movement is the best medicine, keep moving when you have to sit down for a long time, take frequent breaks, get up and move around every 30 or 40 minutes. The next step is nutrition, you have to eat properly. Eating properly, finding out what works for you is going to benefit you a tremendous amount. The next step is rest and recovery. I believe rest and recovery is the most neglected part of health. You have to recover from the previous day. You get a good night's sleep. You get the amount of rest that you need and your mind and your body are going to be fresh and be able to work the way that they were meant to work. The next one is ergonomics. Proper ergonomics when you are standing, when you are sitting, when you are sitting at your work station, when you are laying in your bed at night, those are essential. You're going to be in the correct position, that is so important. The next one is sunshine. Sunshine is extremely important to living a healthy lifestyle. Getting out in the sun even for a few minutes every day during non-peak hours is going to increase your Vitamin D levels. Sunshine is vital to your health. The next step is also very important. We live in a world where there are a lot of chemicals and there are a lot of toxins. You want to try to eliminate your exposure to these toxins. However you can do that it will benefit you a tremendous amount. There's some very simple things that you can do that will help you when you are at home, when you are in a car, when you are at the office to eliminate your exposure to those toxins, even when you are eating, you can eliminate exposure to toxins by choosing the healthiest foods that are available.
