And I'm going to be demonstrating with my husband Brad Holliday. So, we're going to get on all fours, make sure that your knees are in line with your hip bone and your shoulders in line with your wrists. We're going to inhale our right arm and left leg, reaching for our partner in spinal balance. Make a little eye contact there. Holding for two to three breaths and then repeat on the other side. Inhale, exhale extend left arm, right leg, make some eye contact for two to three breaths. Release down, come onto your knees about hip width apart, rolling your shoulders down and away, circle the arms all the way around to your low back, in fist squeezing the shoulder blades back. Going into a modified camel, inhale lift through the heart center, press your hips forward and look up or back. Holding it here, pressing the buttocks away from the spine; holding it here for two to three deep breaths. Inhale up, exhale come to child's pose reaching for your partner, holding it here for two to three deep breaths. Then, come to a comfortable seated position facing your partner, coming in as close as you feel comfortable. Then, inhale your arms up overhead, exhale your hands to heart center and reach for your partner, clasping hands and taking a few breaths connecting with your partner.
