So, the question for today is how do you get a body like a female marathon runner. How this is a huge question and it's also a very simple answer if you want to get a body like a female marathon runner. Now, you have to ask yourself, one or two questions, was that person born with that physique and/or is it something that they train to actually get. Now, I'm not a personal fan, favorite of marathons because I'm all about being able to do a workout when you're twenty and doing the same workout when you're seventy. So, unless you're trying to be a professional marathon runner, I would suggest you doing exercises that really help burn a lot of calories that are really great and easy on your joints like bike riding and/or swimming. If you want to get a body like a female marathon runner just make sure that you're safe and protecting your joints by wearing proper shoes and running on soft surfaces that protect your joints like grass and dirt verses asphalt and cement. So, that's my simple answer, not so simple but if you want to get a body like a female marathon runner make sure that your running marathons and doing the things that marathon runners actually do to get a body like a female marathon runner but make sure you're protecting your joints.
