So, the question is how do you get a flatter tummy at the gym. So we're going to do a couple of exercises that I actually like to do. You could do this with this piece of equipment at your gym, most gyms have this piece of equipment or you could do the same very similar thing lying on a mat on the floor at the gym. So, very similar movement in doing a crunch. You're just going to do regular basic crunches but making sure that every time you crunch in, you want to actually suck that tummy in. I also like to use my legs so that I'm working my lower abs so you could do same knee to same elbow. You could do opposite knee to opposite elbow. So these are three different exercises that you an actually do at the gym so same knee to same collarbone, opposite knee to opposite elbow and these are a couple of different exercises that you could do at the gym to flatten that tummy.
