Hi, I'm Cary Williams, and the question is how to lose pear shaped thighs. Yes, every woman wants to know this. So the tricks are elongating your legs and also doing a little more strength training on top and cardio, cardio, cardio. Yes, we need to just overall lose some weight, overall lose the size, and eating right. I know it's horrible but yeah that's probably number one quite frankly but what I'll be showing you the, well the benefit of doing the exercise I'm gonna show you is to kind of reduce the size of those thighs, those pear shape thighs. What we're gonna do is called a squat jump or a split squat jump and it's going to work your entire leg elongating everything and also really boost the cardio. So initially your gonna stand in more of a lunge position here. Just make sure that knee doesn't pass over your toe and you're gonna come down into lunge. Now I'm gonna push up, jump in the air, do more of a scissor kick, and then I'm gonna swing my opposite leg in front of me and go right back into a lunge so it'll look like this and then I'll jump right back down and then up and then down. So this is a lot of cardio. You're also using balance and obviously the faster you go the more you're gonna burn, the more you're gonna decrease the size of those thighs and lean everything out. So again you can do that, also you go jogging. Anything that's gonna reduce your size entirely is always going to help and then strengthen up the upper body so do some pushups. You can do some overhead, presses, whatever it is you want to do, build the upper part, get everything proportioned and you're gonna look fabulous.
