Hi, I'm Natalie Jill. What role does niacin play in nutrition? Niacin helps support the nervous system as well as the digestive system. It's a B vitamin and can be found in a lot of foods like eggs. One of the easiest ways to make an egg scramble is to chop up some of your favorite vegetables. You can use any vegetable that you would like, and then you are going to stir fry them with a little bit of oil. I like to use coconut oil. And, you don't wanna overcook them 'cause you want them to still be a closer to raw, and then, you wanna add the scrambled eggs. You just take some eggs. You can use whole eggs and scramble it in the bowl, first. You can either use the egg whites or you can use the whole egg. If you're choosing egg whites, you wanna replace each one egg with two egg whites. Once you scramble it in a bowl, you'll wanna pour it on to the vegetables that are on the pan and you'll quickly use a spatula to make sure you scramble 'em, that you don't wanna overcook the eggs. I like to keep it at a medium temperature. You want them cooked through but still yellow, and the vegetables are still bright and color. Once that scramble's complete, you'll quickly transfer it to a plate. Slice some avocado to put on the side for some healthy fat, and there ya go! Perfect egg scramble. So, niacin is an important B vitamin. Helps support digestive system and the nervous system, and, if you're not getting any in your diet, it is something to supplement as an "insurance policy."
