Hi, I'm Beth Shaw, founder of YogaFit. Today, we're going to do some poses for sinus congestion. So, we're going to start lying down, just to open up the chest and allow the sinuses to drain. Now, you can use a core ball, a larger ball, or I like to use these YogaFit eggs. And, we're going to create some kind of a bolster for the upper back. So, take your prop, whatever it is, place it underneath the upper back and then, if you need a little bit of extra support. You can place an egg, a block, or a ball underneath the head. What we wanna do here is make sure that our sinuses can drain. So, tilting the head up, breathing into the heart center, this is also great if you've got any bronchial congestion, or if you have a cold or any asthma, we'll wanna just relax, here. Again, you're tilting the head back, you're allowing the sinuses to drain and you're taking a few deep breaths. This is a restorative fish pose. Good, take a few more deep breaths. Relax. Open up the heart center, the chest, the sinuses. You can do this a couple of times a day for maximum efficiency. I'm Beth Shaw and that's a yoga posture for sinus congestion.
