Hi, my name is Stella Metsovas. And today, we're going to talk about six ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Now, I love intervening with health advice by providing simple strategies to make you healthy. Because health should not be complex, you shouldn't be fearful of what health really is. Because is you pick the right foods, which is my number one choice. Number one, is the food. So, top choices, the food you fill your body with are going to make or break your attempt to really being healthy. Number two, you want to make sure that your digestive system, which kind of goes along with number one, is happy. And what that means is, you have to make sure that you're moving the stuff you're eating through, you know what I'm talking about. So, make sure your bowel movements are consistent. If they're not, you really need to look at your diet. Make sure you add a probiotic for your digestive health and try your hardest, your very hardest to pick vegetables and fruits when they're in season to make a large portion of your diet. Pick number three, is to stay active throughout the day. Purchase a pedometer, make sure you're having at least seven to eight thousand steps per day in your daily activity. My number four pick is stress. Make sure if you're riding at a level ten, which I'm hoping you are not, that you knock that down at least five notches. If you have stress in your day to day life, which we all do, try and figure out a way to modulate that. And that's going to into my number five pick. And that is, try to spend some time outdoors, we're meant to live outdoors. Humans are meant to be outside, I understand sometimes weather does not permit us to go outside. But when the day is beautiful and nice, it could even be a little cold or a little warm. Take extra caution, but go outside. And my final pick to maintain a healthy lifestyle, is to limit the amount of time of watching TV or being on that computer.
