Hi, I'm Natalie Jill. Let's talk about weight lifting for outer and lower pecs. Why would someone want to work their pecs? Well by creating muscle on the top half of your body you are going to create more of that hourglass appearance. Because it makes your waist look smaller. So a lot of people other then just having physical strength like the appearance of having a built chest. However the outer and lower pec working different areas of that is really a great misconception because they are not separate muscles. Working your chest, working your pecs you are going to engage all parts of it no matter what you are doing for that exercise. However if you are very specific about where you want to feel it. Whether you want to feel it on the outside or the lower part the best exercise for that is going to be push-ups. With push-ups you can vary your hand position which will create that feeling that you are working different areas of those pecs. So by keeping your hands in closer together you are going to work one area of those pecs and your chest. By moving them wider apart another area. So push-ups are great overall exercise for this and by varying your hand position you are going to create a feeling of working different parts of your chest. So there you have it, weight lifting exercises for those outer and lower pecs.
