Auto immunities are diseases where your immune system is attacking your own body. There's many diseases that fall into the auto immune category, ranging from celiac, where you can't process gluten, to more serious ones like MS, Crohn's, and even rheumatoid arthritis. So although auto immune diseases are not reversible, you can alleviate and lessen symptoms through nutrients, through eating real whole foods. So what you want to think of is anything unprocessed and natural, something that once grew is usually ideal. You want to get as many nutrients as you can from fruits, vegetables and unprocessed foods. The more processed the food is, the more bad it's gonna be for your auto immune symptoms, and it could definitely create a problem with creating more pain and more symptoms. You also want to avoid some allergens like wheat, especially gluten, anything found in wheat, rye and barley, as that will aggravate symptoms. So, to fight auto immune symptoms, you want to think unprocessed, natural foods, and avoid known allergens like wheat.
