Almonds, walnuts and peanut butter for some fat, and definitely make sure if you're making sandwiches, to have whole wheat bread. So the best way to actually cook healthy food is to invest in a tiny portable grill, because what happens there, is you can just cook up a bunch of stuff that's really easy.
