Hi, I'm Holly Del Rosso, and this is how to get the best results for a tricep workout. I'm going to show you guys the top three exercises that I have for you to get rid of the arm jiggle and to make your arms look long, toned and lean. Our first tricep workout, you're going to grab a resistance band, wrap it around anything that will have it as an anchor, your feet are going to be hip width apart, bring your arms down, hold and extend. Chin is up. You want your core super strong, pulling down with your hands towards your quads. For our next tricep workout, you can use a resistance band or you can use a traditional rope cable pull in your local gym. I love these because you can do this anywhere. Arms are going to be right up over your head, bend your knees slightly, bending your arms, you're just going to extend your arms out, bring it in, extend, bring it in. Elbows should be as close to your head as possible, core is engaged the entire time. And the last variation of our tricep workout you're going to have your hands in the shape of a diamond. We're going to go down into push-up position, come as low as you can and push up. Perform three sets of ten repetitions, two times per week for the best results possible.
