Hi, I'm Teresa, and welcome to My Fresh Kitchen. Today, I wanted to show you the tastiest ways to consume protein powder. Protein powders can be a wonderful way to get to meet your protein needs really, really quick, and some of them are delicious, you can just mix them with water and go, and other ones not so much. But either way, here are true great ways to enjoy protein powder. First of all, let's make a strawberry, banana shake. So all we're gonna do is follow the guidelines from your proteins as far as mixing it with water, and then we're gonna add a half a frozen banana, one cup of frozen strawberries, a tablespoon of flax seed and we're gonna blend it for maybe one to two minutes, just to make sure it all comes together. This is a wonderful shake. In addition to it being satisfying from the protein, it's also high in vitamin C, potassium and fiber from the flax. Another great option is to make chocolate, banana frozen yogurt. And this is no joke. All we're gonna do is take one frozen banana and chop it into small pieces. We're gonna add it to a food processor with chocolate protein powder and about a quarter cup of almond milk. And then we're gonna mix it until it comes together, and what comes out of this is something that is seriously like frozen yogurt, except that it's loaded with protein, potassium and calcium from the almond milk.
