Hi. My name is Josephine D'Alton, and in this video I'm going to demonstrate to you how you can lift your booty in four weeks. Now, the purpose of lifting your booty is obviously to make you sexier curves. Now, the two exercises I'm going to show you to lift your booty in four weeks is the plié squat and the hip bridge. Now, with the plié squat, you're going to do a squat but you're going to keep your feet half shoulder width apart, well, a little wider than that. Okay, you're going to turn your toes out and you're going to keep your knees directly over your heels and you're going to squat straight down and then use your inner thighs and your gluts to help you back up. Make sure you squeeze your gluts at the top and come straight down until you feel the stretch in your inner thighs. Repeat about 15 to 25 reps per set about three to four sets total. And for the hip bridges, you're going to lie down on the floor. You're going to prop your feet up on something so that your feet are about the height of your knees while you're laying on your back. And, then, you're going to lift your hips straight up off the ground, squeezing your gluts at the top and then lowering your hips back to the floor, but not all the way down to the floor. And, you repeat that about 25 to 50 times, about three sets. That way, you'll get nice tight gluts in four weeks.
