Hi, I'm Teresa, and welcome to my "Fresh Kitchen." Today, I want to show you how to make a low-sugar cream cheese strawberry salad. Strawberries are delicious, and they're super high in Vitamin C. So, we're going to put them together with some other great ingredients to make something really satisfying and super low-calorie. All we're going to do is take one half-cup of chopped strawberries. We're going to add a half a cup of fresh raspberries. And, we're going to put that on top of about a cup of green lettuce. You can put a little bit of lemon juice on this and mix it up. Then, we're going to make our cream cheese dressing using two tablespoons of whipped cream cheese. We're going to add that to a bowl, because we're going to end up whisking it together with two tablespoons of almond milk. We're going to add a little bit of lemon juice and about a half a teaspoon of cinnamon to give this dressing a nice kick. Then, all we're going to do is top our salad with our cream cheese dressing, and you are good to go! This salad has just over 100 calories per serving, and 150 percent of your Vitamin C.
