Hey, guys, my name is Robert Weeks. Today, I'm going to be teaching you about how to get your hands faster for fighting. Alright guys no matter who you are everybody likes to have fast hands. Regardless if it's for self-defense or if it's to show off around your other friends. What we are going to look at today is going to be the speed bag and a combination bag. The speed bag is really good because it relies really severely on speed and not on strength. It's not going to require a lot of strength to hit the speed bag. Speed bag's going to be real easy. You want to line up to it feet shoulder width apart. And you are going to want to make sure you start off in a rocking motion as you see here. I'm going to go two punches to the right, two punches to the left. Then I'm going to sway back and forth on my hips like so. And I'm going to keep doing this literally for three minutes, a whole three minute round. And if I stop or if I stumble I'm just going to keep off where I left off. The next exercise I'm going to show you is a combination bag. The combination bag is really good for getting your rhythm. Other people call it a rhythm bag. This is really good for starting your pace from when you start off the workout. It's going to help you get your shoulders loose and it's going to help you get your triceps loose. This is going to be important muscles for your punches later on. Okay guys and those are exercises that help out your hand speed. See you next time.
