So, Yoga poses to increase height. Now, I love this topic because I myself, am vertically challenged. So, people think I'm taller than I am just because of my posture. So, we learned how to, standing straight into Samasthiti, which your feet are together, you're pushing the feet into the floor. The crown of the head is reaching up and you're engaging your back muscles and your core. Now this, you want to be able to walk in and be able to stand like this. Another pose you would ant to practice, is your tree pose, Vrikshasana. Where you would be standing on one leg, you'd lift up the other leg and press it into the inner thigh. You push that foot into the floor, the crown of the head reaches up. And you're creating again, that elongation of the spine that is so important to make yourself taller and stronger.
