Hi, I'm Unni Greene, and I'm going to show you how to do stretches for your forearms. The reason you want to do these stretches is to increase your flexibility, recover from a workout, and improve the function of your forearm. So, here's how we're going to do it: We're going to interlock our fingers, we're going to turn our palms outward, and we're going to just put pressure through the forearm, holding the stretch for about 20 to 30 seconds, releasing all that tension. Now, another great stretch for the forearm is, just extend your hand, palm facing up, and you're going to utilize your other hand and you're going to increase the pressure slightly by pulling towards the body with the other hand, and you're going to feel that all the way through your forearm. When you stretch, you want to go to slight discomfort, but never pain. And again, hold about 20 to 30 seconds on these stretches.
