Jeremy Scott here. I'm talking to you guys today about how to do different kinds of sets to get a six pack. Your nutrition and your diet is a huge piece when it comes to getting a six pack and the abs that you want but two of my favorite exercises that pair with that are your plank and pillar variations and your mountain climbers. Exercise number one is your plank or pillar variations. You guys are going to lay on the floor in a straight line from your head to your heel, either having your palm facing the ground or lying on your forearm. You are simply going to lift your hips as high as you can keeping your back completely straight and holding for the prescribed amount of time or repetitions. Exercise number two are your mountain climber variations. You guys will start on the ground in your push-up position. You are going to simply drive your right knee in, replace it, drive your left knee and replace it, either coming straight forward into your chest, squeezing your abs with each rep or if you guys want to mix it up, you can go right knee outside right elbow or you can cross your body going from right to left and left to right to really get a squeeze over your entire six pack. Next time you guys are looking to work that six pack, give your plank and pillar and mountain climber variations a try to really get the most out of your ab exercises.
