Hey, guys. My name is Robert Weeks, and today I'm going to teach you the best exercises to go with Nutrisystem. Nutrisystem is a dietary plan that allows you to eat a certain amount of carbs and a certain amount of calories a day. So, we're definitely going to want to make sure we pick a certain amount of exercises that can kick start our metabolism and kick start some of the fat burning process that we're going to need. First one I want to show you are going to be the diamond pushup. The diamond pushup is very effective for your shoulders and the back core muscles. To do this exercise correctly, you're going to want to assert a position on the floor with our hands cusped literally in a diamond position. Once you've reached that position, you're then going to want to lower you elbows almost to the point where they almost the point where they touch your ribs. Once I get them down to my ribs, I'm then going to touch my chest to the ground or to the top of my fingers and then raise myself up. The next exercise I want to show you is going to be the bicycle crunch. The reason for this exercise is it's going to activate our core muscles in our abdominals. Now our abdominals are a bunch of muscles located in our midsection of our body and there's a lot of muscles here so this is why this is going to be a very effective metabolism workout with Nutrisystem. What you're going to do is, you're going to lie on the floor with your back on the ground. You're then going to raise your feet up to the point where as if you were sitting on a bicycle seat. You're then going to create the motion of that rowing on that bicycle. You're going to pedal and pedal until you can't pedal anymore. There is no real question of how many numbers you should do here because each one of us is going to have different strength in our abdominals. So, keep going until you can't go anymore.
