Hey, guys. My name is Robert Weeks, and today we're gonna talk about cardio in weightlifting with adrenal fatigue. If you've ever had adrenal fatigue you know it's a very nasty subject but those of us who haven't I'm here to tell you what it does to us. It's gonna affect us on a every extreme level to the point where we can no longer produce amount of oxygen to our blood cells so what you're gonna want to do is if you even do attempt to go back to the gym after suffering adrenal fatigue is work up to a maximum of 40 percent of your capability. Now what does this mean. Now a 100 percent of your capability is what you can do just one time in one repetition, 40 percent would be literally 40 percent of that maximum weight so for a chance if I can only squat a 100 pounds that means that this time I'm gonna go ahead and only squat 40 pounds if I'm even gonna attempt it at all. The reason for this is, is because my body can't substantially create the oxygen that the cells are gonna need because of the disease that's currently happening in my body. My body's being attacked on a fatigue level in the point where if I start attacking it more I could actually hurt my immune system, I could hurt my muscles, and I won't repair correctly. My bones could start possibly not re-calcify in properly and that can really mean a lot of bad news for me long term so adrenal fatigue is something you want to take very seriously and whatever your doctor tells you, you definitely want to listen to. Okay guys that's cardio and weightlifting with adrenal fatigue. See you next time guys.
