I'm Diane Hoch, and this is healthy snacks to help you gain weight. A healthy way to gain weight is to choose whole foods full of fats, proteins and vitamins, foods like coconut, nuts and seeds are all the perfect choices and I include them in a protein packed granola bar. So we're going to take all of our dry ingredients and we're going to put them in a bowl. We have rolled oats, toasted almonds, toasted cashews, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, raisins, oat flour, coconut palm sugar, chia seeds, cinnamon, sea salt and we're going to combine those all together in a bowl. We're going to then mix it up and add our wet ingredients, almond butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, two tablespoons of our melted coconut oil, reserving one for later and two tablespoons of the vanilla. Mix, mix, mix in the bowl, take our coconut oil. We're going to put a little bit on our hands, rub it on the bottom of the pan, pour your ingredients in to the Pyrex, flatten it and take your last tablespoon of coconut oil, drizzle it all over the top and put it in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes.
