Hi, my name is David Avellan, and we're gonna be going over how to breathe during MMA sparring. Breathing's an important skill to have, and it's not something that happens automatically. So, I'm gonna be showing you a few techniques on how to do that properly. When you're gonna be breathing in MMA, one of the things you want to do is be able to keep your cool. A lot of times people overreact because of the stress of combat, and they forget to breathe. The body will always breathe in, but it won't remember to breathe out. So when, whenever we're doing our offensive motions, such as a strike, we want to short exhale, here, tss, tss, alright, so that every time that you strike, whether it's a punch, a kick or a knee, a short breath, and try to keep your jaw clenched so that you don't expose yourself to getting hit with your mouth open.
