I'm Ashley Mitchell and these are stretches to burn belly fat. Stretching is crucial for your body. You really need to release all your muscle tendons for 20 to 30 seconds while stretching so why not do that while burning some belly fat. So one exercise that you can do is the side bend. So you have a long torso, your feet are together, you are going to interlock your fingers to have your thumbs crossed and you're going to take it up nice and long, shoulders are released though. To take it to your right side, thinking about pushing your left hip down to the floor, getting a nice side stretching, holding it for 20 to 30 seconds, making sure your hands are staying clasped. Your feet are together and your chin is up leaving that space between your chest and your head. And once you are ready go ahead and stretch sides, do a few sets, have fun with it before going into the upward facing dog where your hands and fingers are clasped very tight and your chest is up and out. You are looking back to have your feet together, working your thighs and your glutes as well. So going down on your belly to take it up, looking up, upward facing dog is the name after all. So do two to three sets, 20 to 30 seconds, really burning that fat and feeling that squeeze.
