I'm Tiffany Anderson, and you may be wondering if P90X is worth the money. Tony Horton is worth the money. He has a do your best and forget the rest philosophy that literally travels through all of the fitness workouts. He makes you feel completely comfortable. Like whatever you are doing at home is completely fine. It feels like he's going to come right through the TV and help you out at home. And this ease helps us all get through the DVDs. So it's definitely worth the money for that. Lets talk about the program itself. It's 12 DVDs broken into cardiovascular workouts. Yoga workout. Upper body workouts. Lower body workouts. And an abs core workout. So you're truly getting a full body strength training system. The price, $119.95. That's it. If you were to go to a personal trainer you would pay between 50 and a 100 dollars per hour for their time. So 119.95 is definitely a deal. And Beach Body it's parent company is actually is supplying four more DVDs, the P90X Plus version. And two one-on-one DVDs. So at this point 18 DVDs for 119.95 is an incredible value.
