I'm Holly Del Rosso and this is rectus abdominis exercises with elastic bands. Your rectus abdominis is your entire core right here. So we are going to use elastic bands to really help add some resistance. That way you can have more of a six-pack next time you go to the beach. Or next time you want to show off your abs. For our first abdominal exercise you are going to lift your feet off the ground. Your band is right under the arches of your feet. You are going to pull as hard as you can and we are going to twist from side to side. Exhale when you twist. Inhale right here. Exhale right here. This is really getting the resistance on the inner sides of your obliques. Great ab exercise. For the best results possible in this exercise go for two sets of 25 reps. And our next ab exercise you are going to wrap around same way as you did before. Right around the arch of your foot. Legs out straight ahead. You are going to lift your foot up and come back to center. Up and come back to center. You should really feel this in your entire core. So what you guys are going to do is you are going to do 15 on one leg. And alternate to the next leg. Go through that three times for the best results possible. Get that six-pack guys.
