Hi, I'm Shaun Zetlin, and I'm here to show you how to stretch the fascia tissue in your chest. We're going to be using a stability ball and this is going to be a great exercise to open up those chest muscles, including your shoulders and triceps. To start, I'm going to position myself on the floor with my knees bent. My right side is going to perform the stretch first and so, the right will create all the stability to stretch the chest muscle. My right forearm will act as a stabilizer as I place it firmly on the ball. Next, my left hand will also support my right side by placing that on the floor. I'm going to lean forward now and suddenly arch my back and bring the ball forward. My elbow is completely bent at 90 degrees and I'm going to lean forward now to create the maximum stretch in the chest. Because this is a static stretch, again it should be performed after the workout. And we want to hold it for 30 seconds. whatever I do on my right side, I should perform on my left as well.
