Hi, this is Linda Mandelbaum, and today we are going to talk about how to eat to keep pimples away. This is very important to learn to eat good healthy food so that you can have beautiful skin. Drinking plenty of water and staying away from all those sugary drinks will definitely help keep your skin nice and soft, and glowing. Next I love tofu. I love it's texture, it's high in protein and calcium. It's so wonderful and so versatile. There's so many ways you can use it. I highly recommend it for good healthy skin. Next is oat milk. Oat milk is one of my favorites as a dairy substitute. Because some people believe that if they take dairy out of their diet it helps their skin clear up. Kale is a super food. I love to make some kale chips and it's high in fiber. It's high in antioxidants. And it's great to help with digestion. And all three of those things will help us have beautiful clear skin. Next is good old avocado. Avocados are great. It will boost our skin's vitality. It's rich in vitamin E and has plenty of vitamin C which can also help with the redness in skin. And last but not least is some green tea. I like to suggest at least two cups a day. And green tea is a wonderful antioxidant. It's great for our skin. And it also can help prevent skin cancer.
