Hi, I'm Chris Richard with Personal Pitcher and this is how to pitch better in baseball. Most of the problems with pitching come down to consistency with mechanics and consistency with positive thought. So lets talk about the mechanics part of it. When you're pitching and throwing to a catcher you need to make sure that you feel like all your energy is going directly towards that target. You need to find your balance point at the top. Find your target with your eyes and stay through that target and that's the biggest thing with pitching is making sure you stay through, a lot of pitchers will fall off to either the first base side if they're right handed or the third base side if they're left handed. Stay true, stay through the middle, keep your face going towards that target and that will help you out a lot. The other thing is positive thought okay. You need to be relaxed, you need to breath, you need to visualize where you're gonna throw the ball. Find your target, get the sign from the catcher, find your target, take a deep breath in every time before your pitch and go through those mechanics. Be consistent with your mechanics. Its all about muscle memory so you got to practice and you'll be a lot better just don't take playing catch for granted. You know when you're playing catch on the side down the left field line you know find your target, hit that guy in the chest every time. It's very important that you do that and maintain those consistent mechanics. So good luck, maintain those positive thoughts, consistent mechanics and you'll be on your way.
