I'm Paj Mohager, and this is Olympic bar curls. So, you want mass and strength to your arms, Olympic bar curls, you better add them to your routine. Now, this is an exercise that you don't see in the gym often. In most gym, they don't even have the equipment to do this exercise. So, make sure that you join a gym that does 'cause this exercise will add mass and strength to your upper body, especially your arms. So, as you can see, this is a completely different kind of bar than the straight bar, EZ curl bar, preacher curl bar, all those are different. This right here is almost like you're doing hammer curls with dumbbells, except that it's on a bar, so the weight's ratio is different. So, the weight is distributed differently than you would with dumbbells. So, you want to hold it right here, see I'm keeping my elbows in, arms are completely straight out, so I'm not trying to swing the weight up or anything, I want my arms to do all the work. So, from here, I'm going to curl straight up, touch the top of my chest, come all the way back down, touch the top of my legs. All the way up, all the way down. Very important as you exhale when you curls; so, "Shewww", go back down, inhale, "Wheww". "Shewww", "Hmmm." With this exercise you're actually working your biceps as well as your forearms, really teaches your biceps to grow 'cause the break down that you get from this exercise is major.
