I'm Paj Mohager, and today we're going to talk about how much muscle mass you can expect to gain in a month. Muscle on the body is very important to have. It actually regulates a lot of the things like your metabolism. It helps you be stronger in your core, which actually helps you be better at work and things like that. Not to mention, you'll be a burning furnace of fat. So, how much muscle can you gain in a month? Well, that really depends on you. Are you a female, male? You know, what's your age? You know, what's your activity level? Do you have any thyroid problems? You know, do you have a good nutrition program? You know, it just really comes down to you as a person to dictate how much that gain is going to be for the month, you know? Are you going to go in a gym and run the whole time? Are you going to go in there, lift weights, and add resistance training to your program -- which is the only way that you're going to gain the optimal of muscle? You know, running on the treadmill is great -- it's great for your heart. But, it's not great as far as adding muscle. You actually burn muscle when you're doing that -- especially if you don't have a high body fat. So, it's just one of those things where you have to be eating enough calories, and doing enough resistance training, and giving your body enough time to rebuild and regenerate this broken-down muscle. So, I guess the answer to this question is really based on you, your efforts, and how much dedication you're willing to put in.
