Hey there, I'm Tafiq Akhir, America's Healthy Lifestyle Coach, and I'm going to show you how to sculpt your pecs without using workout machines. Sculpting a nice set of chest muscles can be very challenging, but I'm going to show you some exercises that are very simple to help you get the chest that you want. There's two exercises and I'm going to break them down for you right here. For your first exercise, you're going to be doing decline push-ups; so, you're going to need a chair or a bench to put your feet on. Put your feet up top, get into your push-up position, hands are just a little bit wider than shoulder-width apart. Inhale down, getting your face as close to the floor as you can, exhale press up. Inhale down, pressing up. This will be working your upper chest, making sure that you're getting nice, strong pecs. For your second exercise, you're going to be doing chest flies. You're going to grab a pair of dumbbells, go ahead and lean back onto your back or either on a bench. You're going to take the weights straight up above your chest, contracting your chest muscles at the top. Inhale, open nice and wide, exhale, squeeze up above your chest, making sure that you're contracting the muscle. This is working your outer chest as well as your inner chest. Make sure you're really breathing and focusing on your forearm.
