I'm Danielle Wechsler. We are here at East Coast Conditioning Center and this is the best cardio drills at home. If you want to burn fat, reduce heart disease and increase your endurance, it's important to focus on cardio and these drills that you can do at home. We're gonna first start with burpees. It's a total body exercise that you can do with no equipment. For a burpee, you're gonna start in a standing position, and then as you come back down to a squat thrust, place your hands on the ground, starting in a squat, then jump backwards into a pushup position. As you come back forward, you're gonna explode through the balls of your feet and reaching up as high as you can, and then repeat back for starting position. Complete this exercise 15 times. Another great exercise you can do is a Turkish get-up with a jump. For this, start in a standing position. Then you're gonna lower down onto your back rolling backwards. As you come up, not try not to use your hands, just use your feet and your core, exploding up, reaching up, up, up as you get up jumping, landing on the balls of your feet, and then going back rolling onto your back for one repetition. Complete this exercise 15 times. Another great exercise is a turbo lunge. For this you get the benefits of a squat jump and a lunge jump all in one. For this, start with your feet together, and you're gonna jump it out in a squat position. Jump it back in, jump back with your left foot, jump with it back in, jump back with your right foot, jumping back in. And now remember, for each exercise and each motion that you do, make sure your knees do not go above your toes. Complete exercise for 15 reps.
