I'm Danielle Wechsler. We are here at East Coast Conditioning Center and this is how to stay fit on vacation. Of course you want to enjoy your vacation, eating drinking and relaxing, but all that extra indulgence doesn't always help you look the best in your bathing suit. Now don't worry, on vacation you don't need much equipment or a big space to do this exercise routine. So first you want to focus on pushups. Pushups is a great exercise you can do anytime anywhere. For pushups you want to maintain in a pushup position starting with your core tight body lengthened, making sure your shoulders are over your wrists. As you lower down, breathe in, and as you push it up, exhale. Complete this exercise for 60 seconds. The next exercise you could do, build up your cardio, builds that endurance for a split jump. A split jump you want to start as a twist to a regular jump. For this you're gonna lower down to a lunge position starting with your right foot forward left foot back. As you jump, explode up through your heels switching your legs landing with your left leg over your foot right leg in the back. Make sure the knees don't go above your toes, and then again jump up and alternate your legs. Repeat this for 60 seconds. Last exercise you want to do is working on that core. So we're gonna focus on a double crunch working the upper and lower abs. Focus starting staying laying down, and as you bring your legs and abs together, crunch it together, hold that position, and then lower back down so your shoulders and legs tap the floor and come back up. Repeat this exercise for 60 seconds.
