Hi, I'm Coach Collin Castellaw, and today we're going to learn how to dribble just as well with our left hand as we do with our right hand. If you can be dynamic with both hands, you're going to be the best ball handler on the court. One of my favorite drills to work on my left hand is called the U drill. It starts coming up one sideline, then you go across half court and then attack quickly back towards the basket. This is a great drill because it packs a lot of different movements in as you go. So it all starts with in and out dribbles with your left hand going up the sideline. You're going to roll the ball in and out as you are coming up, working on pushing the ball in, pulling it out. Once you get to the corner, you're going to do a quick spin move, keeping the ball in your left hand the entire time. Then you get to half court, you're going to do a Chris Paul wrap with your left hand behind your legs. Then once you get to the other corner at half court you're going to do a quick behind the back. At this point you're going to try to generate a lot of speed going towards the hoops so you can do a live ball move to finish at full speed.
