Hi, I'm Shaun Zetlin, and I'm here to show you how to do step-by-step instructions to work your butt and your abs. Today we're going to do the glute bridge. It's going to work the glute maximus. It's going to work the core, the lower back and it will give you a great workout in the process. Hi guys, we're back and I'm with Uran and we're going to show you how to do a butt and an ab exercise without using any weights. So today I've chosen to do the body bridge with Uran. So we're going to start by doing a simpler version then we will get more advanced as we continue. To start she's going to have her feet, knees and legs together and again the heels will be down. This is going to be more quadricep than hamstring dominant but again it we'll work the glutes and we'll work the core. She's going to push up now, driving through the hips, making sure the glutes and the abs are engaged on top and then she is slowly going to come down, making sure her head and her shoulders are relaxed for added stability on top. If this is too easy for you and you want a more advanced movement, try now having the heels down with the toes up and again she can even place her hands on her chest for even more stability. This will make it even more challenging, again driving with the hips, core and glutes engaged on the way up and keep this pace. You don't want to rush this movement. Again a great exercise to work the glutes and abs.
