With the right combination of exercises you can actually work your glutes and your lower abs at the same time so we're going to jump start and go right into the workout and get both of them done at the same time learning how to engage in as well as squeeze your glutes at the same time. Grab your foam roller which is an unstable surface because it's going to work your glutes and your abs at the same time. So you are going to take your foam roller going lengthways, you're going to just take one foot on the foam roller, right in the middle, put one leg up and you're going to lift through your hips. You are going to feel it really burn through the back of the hamstring and the glutes and the abs are staying engaged the whole time. You're going to do ten on one leg, take the other leg up and push down on that foam roller in the middle of your foot, try to do ten. We're want to go through three sets of ten on each leg and you'll really feel a nice lower tummy and tight butt to be ridiculously fit.
