I'm AJ Tucker and this is the best bodybuilding routine plans. Now in a bodybuilding plan you want it to be varied and you want it to be consistent. But it all falls into the category of going five to six times a week. For example, Monday you do back with the supporting muscles. So Monday back and bis. And then Tuesday you do the opposing muscles. So Tuesdays you do chest and triceps. And then Wednesday you go down to legs. Thursday, Friday, Saturday you do it all over again but you vary the workout. So Monday when you are working back you may do a deadlift. On Thursday you can do a weighted pullup. Now if you have the time because bodybuilding it does take time. It's very basic but you have to put the time into it. So you could split your workouts into two. So in the morning you do cardio on an empty stomach and then you come back later in the evening and do your weight training workout. If you don't have enough time or it doesn't work with your schedule you have to do it all at one time. And that is the best bodybuilding routine.
