Hi, I'm Rina Jakubowicz and this is how to remove cellulite through yoga poses. It's important to know that cellulite can be caused by higher levels of hormones and higher stress. So yoga can help you reduce both of those. So we are going to start in triangle pose. You are going to stand up on your mat. You are going to separate your feet about three feet apart. Turn your toes to the right. So the right toes point straight to the side. Left toes turn in. You are going to extend your arms out to the side and you are going to slowly lower the right arm down towards the right leg. Lift the left arm up. And come into your triangle pose. Hold here for like five deep breaths. Extending, lengthening, really feeling your feet holding you. Extending the spine and the quads are engaged. On your inhale you are going to come all the way up. You are going to swivel the feet to the left side and you got to do the other side. So bring the left arm down towards the left leg. Lift the right arm up. Look up towards the right thumb and open the chest up towards the ceiling. You should be feeling the stretch all along the right side of the body in addition to the left leg as well. And we're going to come into our next pose which is the horse stance. Turn your toes out 45 degrees. You are going to bend your knees trying to create 90 degrees with your legs. Bring your hands in prayer position in front of your chest. Sink the hips low and hold here. You should feel this burning in the legs. And then as you inhale straighten your legs. Bring your hands in the prayer position and say namaste.
