A really fun partner pose is the See-Saw Pose. We're going to not only work our abdominals but lengthen through our spine with a flat back in, a little bit of a hamstring stretch. So Gina and I are going to start facing each other with our knees up and our toes touching. Good. We're going to reach to each other's wrists and grab on to the wrists. Each better than grabbing on to the hands which tends to slip. We're going to inhale lengthen. I'm going to engage my core and roll back. Gina's going to lift up to a Forward Fold. Good. So lengthening through her spine. Good. Inhale in and on the exhale, Gina's going to come down and I'm going to come up into the Forward Fold. Good. Stretching through those hamstrings. Inhale in and See-Saw back and forth. Really feels good to roll on your spine, massaging your spine, pressing your head in to your partners' knees. Good. And the I'm just going to lower right back down, Gina's going to come up to seated. And that's the See-Saw.
