Scorpion pushups. When you?re doing a scorpion push up make sure your shoulders are packed and you?re always drawing a straight line from the top of your head to your feet. When you come up on your side make sure your head, your chest, hips and feet all make one straight line and you?re feeling the activation of your oblique muscles activating the chain from your head to the bottom of your feet.
