Push up, pull up combo. Two pushups and two pull-ups are one cycle. When you're performing your pushups keep your shoulders packed in and draw a straight line from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Keep a neutral spine, after completing two push ups stand up, hop up, get a good grip and do two pull ups keeping your shoulders packed and lowering yourself slowly.
