Colombo Yogurt is a yogurt company based in Andover, Mass. The Massachusetts Historical Society notes that the Colombosian family founded Colombo Yogurt in 1929 and sold it to General Mills in 1993. You can make yogurt by fermenting milk with specific bacteria. It's generally high in carbohydrates and low in fat, although frozen yogurt usually has additional sugar.
