According to Mayo Clinic.com, the most common treatments for facial pock marks and acne scars include laser treatments, surgery, dermabrasion and tissue fillers like collagen. While these treatments do work, they are expensive and somewhat invasive and may not be worth the cost for some people. However, there are some home remedies that can help to get rid of facial pock marks. These treatments have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, however, so consult your doctor before trying them.

Honey, Lemon Juice and Ice

According to Jethro Kloss, author of "Back to Eden: The Classic Guide to Herbal Medicine, Natural Foods, and Home Remedies Since 1939,” a mixture of honey, natural lemon juice and ice can be applied to the skin to help remove facial pock marks over time. To make and use this mixture, combine 1 tbsp. natural honey with 1 tbsp. natural lemon juice and 1/8 cup ice. Let this mixture rest for 15 to 20 minutes or until the ice is halfway melted. Rub a thick layer of the mixture onto the area with a towel around your neck to catch any liquid. Leave the mixture on for 30 minutes and rinse your skin with cool water before washing with a gentle cleanser. This treatment can be repeated up to three times per day as long as it does not irritate your skin.

Jojoba Oil, Rose Water, Sandalwood Essential Oil and Rosemary Essential Oil

According to Melanie A. Sachs, author of “Ayurvedic Beauty Care,” a mixture of jojoba oil, rose water, sandalwood essential oil and rosemary essential oil can be applied to the face to help get rid of pock marks. To make and use this mixture, combine 3 tbsp. jojoba oil, 2 tbsp. rose water, 1/2 tsp. sandalwood essential oil and 1/2 tsp. rosemary essential oil in a small jar or container and shake to combine. Gently dab a small amount of the mixture onto the affected area and leave it on until it dries. Rinse the skin with cool water and wash with a gentle cleanser before applying your regular moisturizer if you use one. This treatment can be repeated daily unless irritation or extreme redness occurs.

Baking Soda, Brown Sugar, White Sugar and Aloe Vera Gel

According to Kloss, baking soda, brown sugar, white sugar and aloe vera gel can help to remove pock marks from the body. To make and use this mixture, combine 1 tbsp. baking soda, 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/2 tbsp. white sugar and 1 tbsp. natural aloe vera gel and stir to combine. Gently scrub the mixture onto the skin and leave what remains for 15 to 20 minutes or until nearly dry. Rinse the skin with cool, clean water and wash with a gentle cleanser before applying your regular moisturizer. This treatment can be repeated in the morning and at night unless it causes irritation or redness.
